ARTS 1301 - Art Appreciation - Syllabus
Core curriculum course. 3 credit (3 lecture).
A variety of materials and processes will be introduced. Class time might include lectures, demonstrations, field trips, assignments, introductions, studio time, and critiques. This introduction to the visual arts is designed for the general student. The course explores what is art, who makes it, and why it is made. This course satisfies the cross cultural component.
