S. Todd Fuller is currently serving as the program manager for the W.K. Kellogg grant and adjunct professor in Houston Community College System's Agricultural Sciences department. He had received two degrees before his arrival at HCCS-ASD, a baccalaureate degree (B.S.) from Sam Houston State University in Agricultural Sciences and a graduate degree (M.S.) from Texas A&M University - Kingsville. While attending the aforementioned universities, he was involved in a number of Student Organizations, community activities, and university business, such as, SHSU - Collegiate FFA, Rodeo Club, Block & Bridle, Agricultural Council, TAMUK - Collegiate FFA, Aggie Club, Minorities in Agriculture Natural Resources and Related Sciences (MANRRS), Student Government Association (SGA), Wildlife and Student Graduate Organization (WAGSO), and Adjunct faculty in the Department of Agronomy and Resource Science and Department of Animal and Wildlife Sciences. Todd is very involved in activities related to the National & Texas FFA Associations and local and major livestock shows across the state of Texas. He enjoys being in front of the classroom; guiding, mentoring, coaching, counseling, and educating. He strongly believes that educating and teaching are totally different. "Educating is actually reaching the students, in a way, in which they learn beyond the covers of a book. They see beyond the pages in the book, into a reality of analysis and thought. Teaching is just standing up and reading from the book. We need more teachers that educate."
